Terms of service
VibeJibe, app.vibejibe.me and the VibeJibe browser extension. Last updated October 8, 2026.
The service
VibeJibe is a personal AI account: it remembers what you tell it and what you say to the AI assistants you use, answers you in its own window, and can carry out requests for you, including sending messages and placing calls when you ask. VibeJibe is provided by ChocolateLabs (David Chu and Jack Widman). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and tokens private, and for what is done with your account.
- Give accurate information, including a phone number that is yours.
Acceptable use
Use VibeJibe only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to use it to:
- send unsolicited, deceptive, harassing or unlawful messages, or messages to people who have asked not to hear from you;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent who a message is from;
- send marketing to anyone who has not agreed to receive it;
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the service or others' use of it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Messages and calls
Text messages, phone calls and emails are sent only when you ask for them. Before anything goes to someone other than you, VibeJibe shows you the text and the recipient and sends only after you confirm. You are responsible for the content of messages you confirm and for having the recipient's agreement to be contacted. Every text says who it is from. Recipients can reply STOP to receive no further texts from VibeJibe. Message and data rates may apply. Messages are carried by third-party providers and delivery is not guaranteed.
AI
Answers and drafts are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything that matters before you rely on it or send it. VibeJibe is not a substitute for professional advice.
Payment
Some use of the service requires a monthly subscription, charged through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the period already paid. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Your content and data
What you tell VibeJibe remains yours. You give us permission to store it and process it to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete everything at any time from your account page.
Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service for an account that breaks these terms, or end the service as a whole with reasonable notice.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ChocolateLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the content of AI answers, or for messages you chose to send, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are brought in the courts of Tel Aviv.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
